The Velencian people of Spain have created a wonderful day to celebrate the Paella. We honour the Paella and help to show everyone when done well, this dish can be simply amazing.
Please help us celebrate by making your own or just enjoying ours at a market this weekend.
"Arroz (rice) is an Arabic word. Rice was introduced to Spain by the Moors over 1200 years ago.
Paella was used as a humble dish to feed labourers and farmers. They would mix in whatever they could find, chicken, rabbit, snails and vegies. It was cooked on an open fire and eaten straight from the pan.
The farming of Rice began to flourish in Valencia with many different varieties grown. The towns nearest to the coast began to experiment with Adding Seafood."
We cook all types of Paella and understand the spirit of our humble dish. If we see some great vegies at a farmers market we will add it to our Paella. You might even see us putting kale in our Vegan Paella, and we can’t wait for Artichoke season!
Send us an email and Choose your Paella today.

Camberwell market has been great so far, soo much interest in Paella. We love cooking for the locals and for the hungry workers getting some lunch. We cook from about 10am to 6pm, you can get a nice lunch feed or get some Dinner before we close.
The best part of cooking at the market is that we run out of food we just walk in and get some great seafood, poultry or Vegies from the local suppliers inside.

Winter time is a time that makes foodies say "I’m sooo cold, im soo cold, i don’t want to set up". We tend to forget how cold it gets in winter, especially at 7 am in the morning in the middle of a park or a forest. We still give it our all and cook and try not to take our selves too seriously. Usually some coffee and breakfast and once we get the burners going the show starts.
Cold weather is perfect to have a hot Paella. The chicken and chorizo always makes my morning. The abundance of vegies and chicken with that chorizo which i know is not traditional but can you really blame us, it just tastes good. So come up and see us for a breakfast paella, maybe a hangover cure. Anytime a good time to have our Paella's. Let’s hope the weather keeps being kind to us and I’ll see you around.
